What tubing is it? They used diferent tube sets when the Hot's were being made.
Any neck problems the 3" fork?
Bottom Bracket flanging?
This bike would go well with my Breezer?
Is the Gary Fisher still for sale?
If not could you strike it off the menu
Do you have the original cranks and bottom bracket
cranks need to be in working condition and bb axle not bentcondition
GT Bashers,
Always experimented, XiangXaing, RTS, Thermoplastic, i-drive
If you think it out with; Gt's research helped make many companies, who learned from their mistakes and technology, rich.
I have ridden the triple triangle and personally they don't fit me well but an Avalanche is a beautiful bike and I would not kick one out of my stable.
fad4u is close there are two measurements.
1) Center of BB to the center of top/seat tube junction
2) Center of BB to the top of the seat tube
Bikes with sloping top tubes are hard to measure correctly as a result of this.
I would like the C - C measurement.
Actual Top Tube(ATT) length Seat\Top tube junction to the Top\Head tube junction.
Theoretical TT (TTT) length Top of the Head tube measure parallel to the ground until
reaching extended seat tube line
Theoretical top tube length gives the true riding cockpit size.
I hope this helps.
